HOW WE WORK

Mindfulness & meditation

Mindfulness is a skill to be here and now and notice our thoughts, feelings, and sensory perceptions with kindness and curiosity without judging them. This allows us to feel more calm, focus and clarity and manage our emotions better.

Embodiment & body movement

Our emotions happen (and often stay) in our body. Therefore, if we want to feel better (physically and mentally), it is essential to connect to our body, get to know it and become friends with it. Embodiment and body movement techniques enable us to do so. They also bring joy and playfulness into our life.

Self-compassion

Self-compassion is about being kind and understanding toward ourselves when we face challenges or make mistakes. It helps, as scientific research shows, to cope with difficult emotions and situations. Self-compassion can be learnt through specific meditations and similar practices
