RESOURCES
Are there too many things on your mind? Do you often feel stressed? Many studies (for example this meta-analysis) show that mindfulness improves the ability to manage stress. We’d like to offer you a couple mindfulness practices + one movement practice that can help you calm your mind, regain focus and reconnect with yourself. This booklet was created within the project Release co-funded by the European Union.

Our participants’ creations
After the participants in our projects try out the methods and techniques we shared with them, they create resources that they can use in their own work with people or that other people can use so they can also benefit from the project. Here we present a couple of resources created by the participants of our projects:
Inspiration for youth workers, facilitators and educators on activities, methods and practices on how to develop a self-care attitude, increase compassion and deal with self-critical voice and failures. This booklet was created by the participants of the project I‘ll be there for me that took place between the 9th and 19th of October 2023 in the Czech Republic.
